Your Mental Health is in Our Safe Hands Now

Welcome to Irvine Family Counseling!

We are a leading group clinicians who know how to respond to,
and genuinely care for, the delicate needs of those struggling with a variety of mental health issues.

Mental illness can hinder our ability to be independent. By handing yourself over to us, we will personally see you through to a capable, confident, and empowered life.

We build independence

The untrained mind can lead us down many dark or anxious paths. We know the cry for help when those places are reached and can provide you with the necessary skills and resources to get out.

We Grow Minds

Emotions can be complicated. Whether they consume, confuse, overwhelm or other, our methods of interpretation help you respond effectively and feel more in control of your everyday choices.

We Support Hearts

Which symptoms are mental? Which are spiritual? To avoid spiritualizing what is mental and pathologizing what is spiritual, we help you discern the nature of issues in order to give them their appropriate attention.

We Foster Spirits

Our Mission

To change the world one person at a time by improving the mental health of those who come to us. With each therapy appointment, we build towards a world where mental health stops no individual, couple or family from reaching their greatest potential.

When Did We Open our Practice?

Irvine Family Counseling was started in 2017 and has been growing ever since. Truly a lifetime in the making, Irvine Family Counseling is the product, and the epitome, of a great labor of love underneath extensive educational pursuits extending back 10 years.

From one office to multiple, located in the same location where we began, we conduct an average of 500 additional appointments a year.

We attribute our growth to a variety of factors:

  • The immediate support and practical feedback we give.

  • Our reputation, which we work hard to earn through word-of-mouth referrals.

  • Our trustworthiness, demonstrated through our embodiment of Catholic/ Christian ideals

  • Our ability to listen to our clients on multiple levels, both to what is said and not said.

  • Our flexibility with busy schedules, and our comfortably furnished, accessible offices (that helps!)

“We began with a vision to create a world where individuals conquer their mental health, couples form unbreakable bonds, and families live peacefully together.”

- Monica M. Huston
