About Kristin
Welcome! I’m delighted that you’re considering taking this important step towards healing. As a warm and compassionate therapist, my mission is to cultivate a safe and inviting environment for clients of all ages—whether you are a child, adolescent, adult, family, or couple. My focus is to guide you through a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and the impact of adverse childhood experiences.
I believe in the transformative power of creativity as a healing tool. To that end, I integrate Art Therapy with traditional psychodynamic practices. Art provides a unique avenue for expressing thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to articulate, allowing us to explore deeper meanings, solve problems, and navigate stress together. This approach is particularly beneficial for those who may feel uncertain about traditional talk therapy; remember, our goal is not to create a masterpiece, but to uncover valuable insights throughout the process.
My therapeutic approach is personalized to meet your unique needs and aspirations. Recognizing that every individual’s journey is distinct, I am committed to supporting you in a manner that feels authentic and empowering to you.
