"Change doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in moments of honesty, reflection, and feeling supported enough to try something new.”

About Angie
My therapeutic style is relational, trauma-informed, and individualized. I place strong emphasis on building trust and understanding, recognizing that meaningful change often develops within a consistent and supportive therapeutic relationship.
I help clients explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, particularly those shaped by early experiences, family dynamics, or significant life events. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand how these patterns influence daily life.
I work with children and adolescents navigating emotional, social, and developmental challenges, as well as adults and couples facing anxiety, relationship stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals impacted by health-related stressors and recovery-focused concerns.
Rather than focusing on quick solutions, my work centers on helping clients build insight, emotional regulation, and skills that support long-term well-being.
